- 將全蛋之蛋白與蛋黃分置於兩個不鏽缸盆.

- 將蛋黃部份加沙拉油拌勻.

- 分數次將鮮奶油與藍莓醬加入蛋黃中拌勻.

- 麵粉與泡打粉過篩加入蛋黃中拌勻備用

- 將蛋白部份用鋼絲攪拌器打至起泡後加入細砂糖.

- 繼續將蛋白打至濕性發泡即可.

- 取1/3蛋白與蛋黃部份,輕拌勻後倒入其餘蛋白中從下往上輕輕拌勻即可

- 將生料倒入模型中(7分滿)抹平後輕摔桌面,進爐烘烤.

- 爐溫170度,上火小下火大.烘烤30~35分鐘

- 出爐後將蛋糕翻轉待涼後可冷凍保存
